Staying long in Cotonou without a concierge means chasing a lease, furnishing it, opening a meter, finding a guardian, and starting over at every breakdown. Our homes come furnished and equipped: house linen, kitchen, air conditioning, water included, a guardian already in place. The monthly rate is well below the nightly one, and it does not move with the season. You walk in, put your bags down and get to work. On the way out there is nothing to sell on.
