You come home as a group, you host, you celebrate. You need a real house: bedrooms, a kitchen, a yard, and someone who has readied it all before you land.
In December and January, Cotonou belongs to the diaspora coming home: families gather, weddings follow one another, and the large houses go first. Two separate hotel rooms are no substitute for a house where you cook, where the children run and where you can host thirty people on a Sunday. Our homes are ready when you land — beds made, water, air conditioning, a guardian — and the concierge handles what spills over: transport, cleaning mid-stay, catering if the party is at yours.

Common questions
- When should I book for December?
- Six to eight weeks ahead, especially from three bedrooms up. After mid-November there is almost nothing large left in Cotonou. A deposit is enough to hold the home.
- Can we hold a party in the house?
- Tell us when you book: depending on the home and the neighbours we set out what is possible, and we arrange the catering and the clean-up after. What is not possible, we say before, not after.
