Elena's path links formal training, hotel floors, brand-building and consulting. Receptionist and then head of reception at Maison Rouge, she learned the daily discipline of a property: the room ready, the arrival smooth, the complaint handled before it becomes a memory.
Léna Escapes was founded in Cotonou in 2024 on that same standard, applied to private homes. EMTHR structures the teams; consulting assignments in Europe keep an eye on other standards.
Palacio belongs to her personal story; it is not a Léna Escapes activity.
