How it works
- 1. You tell us the idea, the date, the number of guests and the budget.
- 2. We send you a written quote, item by item, with our fee stated apart.
- 3. We prepare everything on the ground and send you the photos. You pay by Mobile Money or bank transfer, against an invoice.

- Can you organise a wedding anniversary in Cotonou if we live abroad?
- Yes. You give us the idea, the date and the budget; we send you a written quote, book and prepare everything on the ground, and send you photos at each step. All that is left is to arrive, or to spring the surprise from afar.
- How far ahead should we tell you?
- As early as you can: two to three weeks for a dinner or a small party, more for a large reception, and much more in December, when Cotonou fills up.
- What budget should we plan?
- It depends on the occasion and the number of guests. Every request gets a written quote, item by item, with our concierge fee stated separately.
- How does payment work?
- Nothing is paid on the website. Once you approve the quote, you pay by Mobile Money or bank transfer, and receive your invoice.
