Cotonou's big urban and afrobeat gathering, on Place de l'Amazone, between Christmas and New Year.
WeLovEya brings the continent's afrobeat scene to Place de l'Amazone, in the heart of Cotonou, over two late-December nights. The festival comes with a very busy week in the city: concerts, afters and the diaspora coming home.
It is the tightest time of year for accommodation in Cotonou: the diaspora comes home, hotels fill up and prices rise. A whole home, with a guardian and air conditioning, is booked weeks ahead.
Our homes in Fidjrossè and Akpakpa are minutes from Place de l'Amazone. We handle night arrivals, after-concert returns and next-day cleaning.
